Premiere Elements 12 and RAM

Is 8 GB of RAM enough to create 20 to 30 minute DVD(s) from AVCHD video files? The DVD(s) will be created on a computer with an Intel i5 processor and a 7200 HD?

Are you creating AVCHD on DVD or DVD-VIDEO widescreen on DVD?

I am creating NTSC DVD-Video widescreen on DVD.

I have dual core processor/3.2 GHz, 8 GB RAM, Windows 7 64 bit system, and about 900 GB of free hard drive space and can do the
task of creating NTSC DVD-VIDEO Widescreen on DVD disc (4.7 GB/120 min or 8.5 GB/240 min).
