I have a 48pp document with about 15 images some .ai files, some .psd files and some .tiff files placed in it.
Is there a way I can use jpeg compression on all the images except one where I want ZIP compress to maintain all the detail in a map image which is placed as a .psd ATM? The only thing I can think of is export all the bit map images as separate tiff/jpeg files and select no compression in the Export dialogue, this reduces flexibility during production phase and is a hassle I'd rather be without for future workflows.
Not in one go. You could first export all pages with standard compression and then the one page with different settings and later merge/replace in Acrobat.
Yeah that's what I ended up doing. Fortunately the two images on that page I wanted at same res. I guess I was looking for something like the object specific display resolution setting.
