Resizing of table cell with cursor is very hit and miss!

      Using 9.2.1

When using the text tool and mousing over the gridlines in a table, the tool becomes a double-headed arrow to allow you to change the width or height of a column or row. The problem is that even though the double-headed tool is activated, it won't work unless it is exactly on top of the gridline. If you click slightly to either side (or above/below) you will end up clicking and selecting the cell instead of moving the line. This is so annoying. If the tool is showing correctly, you would expect it to work correctly, but it doesn't; it performs the same function as the text tool, but it isn't the text tool.

Anybody know how to fix it?
