What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 11 running on?
I have yet to run into a Premiere Elements display message which requests a specific driver version. Please confirm the exact wording of the error message that you are receiving and when you are receiving it?
Have you gone to the Intel web or the web site of the manufacturer of your computer to assure that you have the latest driver for your video card/graphics card.
Please supply more details.
I called the supplier and they are sending me the version 12, so hopefully that will resolve the issue I had.

By supplier, do you mean Adobe or an authorized reseller of the product?
Premiere Elements 11 and 12 are quite similar so I would not project that Premiere Elements 12 should resolve your issue.
But, the answers are in the details.
