How do you render all layers at once from a Cinema 4D file in After Effects?

I have a Cinema 4D Lite Project that I have split into 6 layers, and was wondering if I could render those 6 layers individually into different .mov files in one pass from After Effects. I could do it manually by soloing and rendering each layer, but think there may be a way to do it in a simpler fashion.

I would like to be able to take the 6 files and put them into other video apps for processing then mix back together. Definitely looking to use with Modul8 (VJ Software) to apply real time fx.
