Change DNS server but keep email account at Office 365

I have a customer right now who wants his site softdanmark.dk moved and hosted with Business Catalyst as the new design I have made for the company made in muse and previewed as: softdanmark.businesscatalyst.com.

I have already added the domain name to Business Catalyst and given him the dns data, but he still wants the email (the MX) to belong to TDC where he has his Office 365.

Is it possible to only move the DNS server and keep the MX record at the old company?

Hope you can answer my question.

Hey there,
You do not change the NS records, all you need to do is point the web traffic so yep, as in your screenshot you just need to change the A-record and when you set up the site in BC you say external.
