Export LUT

Exporting Color look up tables in the documentation states

Fill > Export > Color Lookup Tables

I don't see Color Lookup Tables within the Fill dialog or a fill menu ?

It should say File>Export>Color Lookup Tables

That's why I over looked in the menu

I loaded up an image, applied an adjustment layer, created a background layer, placed the background layer at the bottom of all the layer, renamed the background layer none other then "background". Photoshop won't create a color profile (look up table) it tells me I need a background layer, arghhh !

You need to have a real background layer.

Layer>New>Background from Layer

As i understand it, you need one Background layer, which is the image and the rest of the layers should be adjustment layers.

There are some templates/examples used to create color lookup tables on the photoshop part of the exchange exchange created by Chris Cox

I'm probably missing something, if I have a color profile / LUT why would I need one created by Photoshop ?
