It worked partially. It is apparently uninstalled and I could reinstall CC desktop.But my creative cloud desktop stays now empty, and I'm not able to choose any app and to download anything
Quit the CC app (not just close the window). When it restarts, log in with your Adobe ID and it should update itself, then let you download and install the other apps.
I finally made it work
But I unfortunatelly cannot identify exactly the process.
Apparently those action add an impact :
- using cc cleaner
- deleting C:\Users\<my name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\opm.db file
- installing the old application manager ( Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager )
