1. Re: Premiere Pro CC 2014 Crashing/Not Responding on Windows 8.1
John T Smith Jul 3, 2014 8:28 AM (in response to Life. Documented)Aside from CC project files not opening in CS6, are you still able to use CS6 for editing?

nadworks-cb Jul 7, 2014 12:51 AM (in response to Life. Documented)Same problem here - exactly as you describe.
Window 7, 64bit. All worked perfectly firn with PremPro CC. Since upgrading to 2014 I am no longer able to render or export projects.
Reverting back to previous version until this bug has been fixed.

healyb2 Oct 16, 2014 1:24 PM (in response to Life. Documented)Exactly the same problem for me, except i'm on a Mac......
New Mac Pro
3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5
64 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 ECC
AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB
OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)
Frustrating when a top of the range system barely works...

hkjlgfdhgehkjbrf Oct 17, 2014 4:39 PM (in response to Life. Documented)I'm having the same issue, although it only began happening about a week ago, I've been on cc 2014 for a couple of months now. Exactly the same problem as you describe. After about 2 mins of editing the viewer jams up, audio ok and I can save my work but viewer panel frozen when I close PP I am unable to re-launch again without rebooting my entire PC.
Windows 7
intel i7 3610QM
16GB Ram
GeForce GTX 670M
Has anyone found a work around for this? So frustrating

5. Re: Premiere Pro CC 2014 Crashing/Not Responding on Windows 8.1
coffeetrainerb&b Oct 24, 2014 11:52 AM (in response to Life. Documented)While my laptop is a couple of years old I expect a slight slowdown in using an application like this for heavy video production work. The constant hang and "not responding" errors I am getting have only happened since the program received an update in the last couple weeks. I have my project files saved on a network sharepoint, which has not previously caused any issues. I hope there is a way to continue being productive even though this is the only workstation I have to do this project.
Adobe?? Any ideas??

vdszsvbgzf Oct 26, 2014 2:22 AM (in response to coffeetrainerb&b)Bump. This is extremely annoying. When is Adobe going to answer these questions with real results?
Totally updated graphics card here, not overclocking, cleared cache, not doing advance render or whatever thats called, just using basic.
Adobe, please get us some help here.
