I have just subscribed to 1 year of CC Complete for an individual but there are two subscriptions showing on my overview. In addition I received two 'thanks for your payment' emails. I am not having any luck with the web chat thing. It keeps crashing Chrome
Anyone know how I can cancel one of these subscriptions?
EDIT: and I will need a refund if my card has been charged twice
I checked your account and saw that the duplicate subscription has been cancelled and a refund processed.
