I am a paid user of CC. I had an update for Creative Cloud on my desktop app stating that I would have access to Creative Cloud Market (the artwork, icons, etc). After CC updated there was no new app on my desktop so I went to the "what's new" section of the update and the very first bullet stated, "Introducing Creative Cloud Market — a selection of useful content licensed for paid Creative Cloud members, including vector objects, icons, patterns, and placement images." see Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud app for desktop | Release Notes
I contacted the online help and was told to call the 800 number. The 800 number said to call Adobe Marketing Cloud - getting the runaround!
Where is this located and why is it so hard to find? Any help would be appreciated!
After the CC Desktop App updates itself, it will now show as available under "Assets"... It's a searchable collection and here is the official help page:
Wanted to share an update - I've been up and going with Market for a while now and really like it. Thank John and ProDesign Tools for your help and feedback! I guess it was so new that tech support didn't even know to tell me to go look under Assets/Market - they were stumped but still very polite nonetheless.
