I thought I had downloaded all my documents from workplace to my cloud or my desktop and neither has anything from workplace. Can somene tell me how to do this without having to do each file by itself. Thanks you for any help.
Shortly after clicking the red Download Files button, you should have received an email containing links for downloading your files. The files will be packaged up in zip files -- one zip file per workspace in your account.
