adobee flash palyer install now button not available

For weeks I have not been able to download Flash Player. I am regularly asked to download it, but in the Adobe installation page, step 1. the Install Now button displays for a second, but then disappears. I followed all your instruction (uninstalled and cleared old version, then did offline installation), but is does not help.

• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
• Flash Player for Mac OS X
