I cant add books from my PC to my e reader. I have followed directions but not working.

I am trying to load e books from my pc desktop on ( kobo e books) onto my Audiosonic e reader. I have followed the adobe digital directions but nothing is happening. This doesnt seem to be working What am I doing wrong?
