    Can I cancel my Creative Cloud plan due to faulty service?

      For three months I have been charged for the service of Adobe Photoshop CC and Lightoom, and have been unable to use them due to activation errors with no help from tech support. I have re-installed the programs, reset my hosts file and checked the globalsign Root CA, but am still asked for a registration number every time I try to sign in to use Photoshop.

      Is there a possible way I can cancel my 12 month plan without paying the severance fee (due to me being unable to use the product)? If so, where would I go?
