Flash not installed as per SARS Website

Good day

I'm from South Africa.  I've downloaded the latest version of Adobe flash.  As soon as I try to open my tax return on the SARS website it informs me that flash is not installed on my computer.  Please can anyone advise what I should do.  I've uninstalled flash and re-installed it again but the same thing happens.  I don't know much from computers.  So please help me.

Are you using Internet Explorer?  If so, see

If you use another browser like Firefox, you also need to install the plugin.  Also, there is a new version of Flash Player available as of today.  You can download both installers from

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
