The two IP limit not withstanding, the EULA for ColdFusion prevents you from legally using Developer Edition in any production environment.  Using it for development is fine, though.

We can use the developer edition to develop the product. But the client must use Enterprise or Standard edition as using the developer edition the application can only be accessed by two IPs.
