Ever since I've downloaded trial versions of Adobe Creative Cloud files for my Apple MacBook Pro laptop, now I CAN'T open up another windows tab to do anything (i.e. YouTube, editing documents, Google, etc.). Did I mess up some settings along the way? I've shut down the laptop numerous times, hoping that it'll fix the issue and it hasn't! What do I do now? Do I take it back to be fixed by the store or what? Help!!!!
