I am trying to install Adobe CS6 from a factory disc purchased directly from Adobe. The serial number I have has been used on two or three different computers, but I have been assured it is deactivated on all of them. I would like to talk to someone from Adobe to see exactly what the problem is with this copy, but there is no phone number to call.
I am running Windows 7
I have deadlines to meet for work and I can't even begin working. Very frustrating.
