    "Too many authorizations" but I only have one

      i had only authorized adobe digital editions on my ipad. I have one ebook on ADE. I was reading this book without problems, went to make a cup of tea, came back and tried to continue reading, it asked me to sign in with my adobe ID again. This time it had an error message that said I had "too many authorizations". This is impossible as I had not authorised it on another device.

       

      Have have subsequently installed it on my laptop to see if the problem was perhaps with the app. But the same thing happens again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still no fix.

       

      please help, I urgently need access to the ebook I purchased.
