iPhone App Settings Menus??

Hello all,

I build a multi-folio app for the iPhone4/5, when you tap on the "Gear" top right hand corner you go into the settings menu, there are 2 buttons, Accounts/Preferences but there is nothing in them. I check App Builder and cannot find anything that ties into these buttons. What are these for and can they be removed if the app isn't using them? thanks.

Which version of the App did you build (r30 or r31)? Also, what type of build did you create (Multi Folio, iTunes Subscription, etc.)?

Does your app have any folios for sale? If so, I'd expect to see "Restore Purchases" under Preferences.

No the folios are free.

Hello Nathan,
Any idea what could be happening? My client has a QA team and they keep rejecting my app because of this. I appreciate any help you can lend.

From Gold Support if anyone ever needs the information:

On the Gear Icon you will get the options to archive/remove a downloaded folio (in case for Free Folios) and restore purchase (in case of paid), also if you have used Direct Entitlement you will see Account/Preferences Populated, they will also be populated if you have used Custom Store Front. Since the folio is "Free" nothing will populate under "Account/Preferences".
