    Cannot authorize my Sony Reader with my Adobe ID


      The following error message keeps popping up:



      Unable to authorize the device.
      Please contact Sony customer support.




      I've already contacted Sony support and Kobo support, and they directed me to Adobe support. The reader is of model PRS-T2.

      How do I solve this?
