    audio disappears

    zippercat20

      Hello,

I am editing some video clips for our school production but the audio doesn't seem to be working. When I preview the clip the audio is present and working. However, when I drag the clip to the timeline the audio has disappeared. Can anyone suggest what might have happened?

      Thanks

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?

What is the project preset and what are the properties of the source media that you are taking to the Timeline?

One way to get at the source media properties is by knowing the brand/model/settings for the camera that recorded the file.
