      Hi

      My credit card expired and there was a problem with a payment. But I have updated my payment details an the new credit card has been already charged at least twice last time 16 of June 2014  but now I am getting info that there is problem with my payment details and the membership and I have  lost access to my creative cloud apps . plus in seems in my account it is shown the the creatic cloud plan is active- but I must say that the account info set up is not clear. Can anyone help me?
