Why InDesign cc (2014) changed the time and duration of the animations into the default state when restarted?

Tryed to make a simple animation in which a group of circles moves along a path, all with different duration, joint to reproduce together inside the TIME tab and then individually configured to delay according to my pretensions.

The first problem arose when, out of the seven animated circles, only the first came out and did their path.

The second problem was that the times created by me were automatically shown with decimals. Although this does not significantly change the final result is something that bothers you.

The third problem was that, when reopening the file, all the circles were again with default duration, 1 sec, besides they were no longer bound in the time tab, again with all the delay default, i.e., zero .
