How to make text appear over an image when hovering.

Thanks for the quick response! I'll admit, I am very new to Muse, so I hope you can forgive my simple questions.

I am attempting to use the tooltip widget, but I run into some issues.

I have a menu with several main categories, and when the user mouses over the item, a new submenu appears, using the tooltip widget. In this new menu, there is a list of icons, and I am trying to make it so that the user does not see the text over the icon until they mouse over the icon. So the icon that I try to place the tooltip trigger over is actually on a target of another tooltip element. Then I end up with the text showing before the user has moused over anything, so the tooltip element is evidently not on top of the icon. Another issue is that I have the first tooltip widget set to disappear on rollout of target or trigger, so if I have another target and trigger above the original element, is the original element (the menu) going to disappear?
