Prompt user when leaving app

Hello All,

I developed a custom HTML article for DPS and I have some external links to some websites, how can I prompt the user if they want to leave the app to visit the link? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you Nancy, I'll give this a try but I have another question.

But I just happen to think about something... How can that external link
prompt the user if no internet connection is available? Obviously if there
is an internet connection the message wouldn't display. Thank you again for
the help.
