    I can't log in to contact support - I get system errors from you. Now what?

      Is it too much to ask, after 20 years and tens of thousands of dollars, to be able to get help from SOMEONE?  What I am experiencing is probably a back-end collision between Business Catalyst and another system after changing my Adobe ID.  I love the Support Chat window: "Log in to chat"   LOL!  As IF I can log in without generating an error.

       

      As a subscriber, how do I contact support if I can't log in to chat or reach you, without your server throwing me a system error?

          Welcome to the exclusive Adobe club Marti! I don’t have the time to search any further info on an official explanation but I'm assuming Adobe will do the usual thing and keep us in the dark and hope counteract any criticism with positive PR ********. The only response I received yesterday was on their Facebook page stating there was a problem with user ID logins. This was also posted on the system status.  It would have been great to have been something I didn’t already know. I'm a 20+ year Abobe user too and I'm over all their ********.  I’m sticking to CS5 and there NO WAY I'm moving to the CC model. I don’t trust a thing they do. Thanks for "Inspiring" creatives Adobe. I dont care for compensation or a free ******* Adobe Tote bag or iPhone cover, just provide a service I feel I can TRUST.
