Do you have a printer hooked up to your machine?
No local printers on USB. I'm on a LAN with 15 printers/plotters on our segment.
Also noting that Illustrator and Photoshop Print functions are working fine.
And, under InDesign Edit menu, the Color Settings… item is not showing up either. It shows correctly in Illustrator, Photoshop. and works in Bridge
The parts are in there, but don't seem to be being read in by InDesign on launch.

The traditional diagnostic rebuild chord - Control+Option+Command+Shift on launching - isn't bringing up a dialog offering to delete preferences.
ID likes a local printer at least once. It may be enough to temporarily change the default printer to a virtual printer (don't know if Mac has the equivalent of Microsoft fax, for example), but you may have to hook up a printer and reinstall. Once linstalled and lauched one time with the local printer, you should be able to change your default to the network printer without a problem.
1 - Ran the Uninstaller application for InDesign CC 2014.
2 - Quit Creative Cloud
3 - Relaunched Creative Cloud. Clicked Install InDesign CC (2014)
4 - Works now.
