How do I get anyone at Adobe to help? Any staff at all??
I also find amusing using the 'chat to our staff option'. Which says "Chat. 24 hours 7 days a week". Then at the bottom it says 'Chat is closed'.
Wow. Just wow.
Mavericks... It's a brand new Apple. I only got it last week. And everything else seems to be working perfect with it.
I've tried installing the updates one by one. But nothing works. It's 6 updates in total that won't work with no productive error to it.
So I still can't edit raw images. This is hopeless.
And after Adobe asked me last night to deactivate. Then reactivate (didn't work).
Then uninstall and re install (didn't work).
Then they told me they didn't know and just left it!
So disappointed and frustrated.
You pay a lot of money for photoshop and the creative suite. You expect decent help when it fails.
R_Kelly! I re installed the application manager like you suggested and that worked!
It then updated all my other programs and now works like it should.
Thankyou so much! I have been so frustrated and had just booked this in to a tech place to get them to figure it out.
Three separate Adobe staff have not been able to help... but you did it straight away!
