Captivate 8: Can responsive projects be larger than 1280px wide and 100px tall?

Our standard layout on Cp7 was 1900px wide by 900px tall. Cp8 does not allow us to keep these dimensions for desktop on responsive projects. It imposes a limitation of 1280px wide (which we frankly find a bit small for thunderbolt displays, etc).

Is there a workaround or a customized setting for this?

I have not found the ability to increase the width beyond 1280px wide. However, the height can easily be changed by unlocking the slide height in the properties window for the slide and changing the slide height and checking the "View Device Height" box in the top right corner of the viewing area.
