    "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS" error message


      I have had 8 variations of Kobos since April and none work outside in the heat so have been returning them.  I now have a Kobo Aura that works great outside but I've used up my 6 activations with ADE and need my account reset.  How do I go about getting this done as the Technical Support under supportportal has a glitch?
