My photoshop elements 12 worked fine until yesterday. Then it suddenly turned into a "trial" version. I have spent 4 frustrating hours trying to contact Adobe customer service and I always just come back to this, a "community forum" -- there is no real Customer Service. Now when I log into my Photoshop Elements 12, it says that I have 29 more "free" days before it stops. No one will tell me what is going on. I purchased this package. I have a serial number. They have no right to just take it away from me!!! And yet Adobe has no one at all to contact. I posted this yesterday. All the answers (from other users of Adobe products, not from staff) simply were useless or took me back to this forum. How does one contact a staff member??? Why isn't there more on the internet about how bad Adobe's customer service really is -- I'll never purchase another Adobe product. But I want to be able to use the Photoshop Elements 12 that I bought and paid for.
