    CC Desktop didn't install correctly/won't uninstall.


      I just joined into the Photography package contract, and downloaded Creative Cloud desktop so I could use Photoshop. I went through the installation process and clicked on the Creative Cloud icon on my desktop, but nothing happened. I tried again, and again nothing. I tried to Run as Administrator and Run in Compatibility Mode. Still nothing. So I decided to uninstall/re-install it, but it keeps telling me to "Quit Creative Cloud desktop and try again". I've opened the Task Manager, highlighted the CC process, and hit "End Process" like 40 times, but it's still running. I've been at this for two hours! What do I do?
