Since upgrading to Creative Cloud 2014 InDesign has been throwing this error "The procedure entry point ??1StatusID@@UEAA@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library Database.dll." According to Avanish Divya this case has been escalated to Tier 3. Our Marketing Team is down and this is a MAJOR problem. What is it going to take to get this case resolved?
Moving to Indesign forum.
I'm not sure why a Tech Support case would be passed to the InDesign forum since we have no Adobe staff here regularly. I find this confusing.
