I've been printing other files this morning successfully but now I'm not able to print anything. I've never encountered this problem before.

The file is relatively small; only 39 slides.

FYI - These are files created in Captivate 7 that I've pulled into Captivate 8, if that's part of the problem.

What happens if you change the output location to something like C:\Projects?

I think you're right. I just tried sending the file to my desktop as a

word doc and it worked!

Thank you

I am having the same issue, however, a save to my desktop produces a word file, but none of the actual content is in the file, just slide place holders and titles.
