I have an image of a car on grass and it has reflected the grass on the side of the car. How do i get rid of the green reflection?

I have an image of a car and I want to edit away the green reflection on the side of the car. How can I do this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, I have around another 300+ photos like this to be edited in a similar fashion.
