Then I am taken to this webpage after saying I want to end my monthly membership
Which I then fill out the drop downs to cancel my InDesign plan that I mistook for Premere when I bought it.
Following the instructions from the first link, I click "Still need help? Contact Us"
I am then given three options:
Chat, which is unselectable in this link.
Phone, which is always an automated message telling me to go to link 2 even when I call during scheduled hours.
and Forums: which leads me here, searching for the non-existant "add your name to the list" Membership Cancellation Forum.
Honestly I am tired of this loop and would like to find a way to get my accidental purchase refunded before I am forced to pay a cancellation fine.
I can't find any subscriptions under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. Can you private message me the Adobe ID associated with your subscription? (Click my avatar to go to my profile, click "Message")
You have one Premiere Pro sub and one Indesign sub- which one are you trying to cancel?
