I have received a replacement Adobe Ink today after extensive troubleshooting of my first unit with both Adobe and Adonit and, lo and behold, the new unit won't even turn on after charged!!!
I have an Adonit Jot Pro and a Jot Script and both work very well, but my bad luck with the Adobe Ink is very frustrating.
I guess someone forgot to do proper quality control before releasing Ink & Slide.
Here I go again on a journey through customer support...
Sorry to hear that. I looked at your case and saw they have already shipped you a replacement. This is the first time I've ever heard of this occurring. Per Adonit this is really rare. Thanks for letting us know by posting here on the forums.
