The Adobe Cloud application on both my Windows 8.1 and 7 operating systems continually fails. I only use Photoshop CC (2014), bridge, and camera raw. I can get the Creative Cloud app working again by renaming the OOBE file as suggested then next time I sign on its failed. Very frustrating problem when you wish to receive updates and syn settings. This seems to be an endemic problem with many users. Is this wide spread and is Adobe doing something about it? Does having CS6 active have any thing to do with the problem?
I have been there. They delete OOBE and send me on my way. I can do this and have several times. Same result Creative Cloud app fails next time I get on the computer. I will give them another try, but have little faith in the result.
