    How do I contact Support?

      Can't figure out how to contact BC support. Help and Support page refers me to the site management page ("click Help and Supoort"), which comes right back to the same page.

       

      Live Chat does exactly the same thing, and doesn't work at all. I've got 3 sites in limbo right now, and don't know how to contact Adobe.

       

      Trying Twitter next, I guess.

          I am sophie.

          Even if you find somebody to speak, you will see that nobody can't help you and says always "give your email address then we will send you the pages tutorial relating your problems!!!".

          But the phone where I phone always from France is : +33171230196 or you can try 800 833 6687.

            There is no BC support via phone. So going through Adobe wont help you directly get support help. Live chat via the support link in the top right of the admin is the only proper way to contact Support via live conversation. Or you create a ticket or post on these forums your problems.

              I agree Liam but my feeling is when we are in difficulty for simply problems, to find the real answer can take too much time by the web adobe.

              When we find our good answer of course !

              See the example of Tony...

              As an other example : I feel completely alone since I put my new domain name on my website. It does not work even if I followed the all instructions pages of BC help. So what can I do more ? And I pay to use this program.

              I know that is the result of this new world with only automatic robots ways but frankly, this is not good at all.

              Talk to people is fine and more friendly and more faster.  And, we get the impression that somebody care about who we are.

              Anyway, lot of bla bla bla.  It is what it is.
