How do I back up a Business Catalyst site?

I have a client who would like to cancel their site, but has asked to back up the content on the site.

How do we back up the content?

Hi,

You can connect to your site using FTP client and download all the files and pages.

In this instance the only thing to do is to replicate the site in your partner portal, then delete the original site. Note that no CRM data is NOT replicated.
