I am a Pre-technolgy old person. I spent 2 hours having a CHAT with your very patient and polite Adobe agent. I got cut of due to a short poet outage. I then went to our Public Library and got instructions from the Technical Support manager. However, either I have a mental blockage or something is missing in the directions I get. I have installed Adobe ID, Adobe Digital Editions and I have Overdrive (the program that accesses public libraries). I seem to be all dressed up technically with no place to go!
I use an IMac desktop and I have the latest OS software.
