I would ask your client if they can tell you which product he/she was trying to purchase and see if you can replicate the issue from there. Is your client tracking inventory within the platform?

I've had clients tell me their website is down or hacked but when I took a look they had a popup coming up from their virus scanner saying do you want to submit information to this site. You can't start to help them unless they tell you the error message unless of course EVERYONE is getting a very easily seen error message when you get to the area in question.
