    Account Reactivated after Cancellation?


      Hi, about a month ago I cancelled my Subscription to Adobe CC which was due to expire June 2014 anyway, however today I noticed a payment had gone out from my Bank Account for another month sub to Creative Cloud, so after looking through my emails to make sure I didn't imagine seeing the one which said my account had been altered to the Paid to Free, I found an email saying my account had been reactivated despite clearly wishing to cancel.


      I tried to cancel the subscription via the management controls provided when looking at my account settings, but it just leads me to the support area which...well leads me back to the same place again. Hence why I'm asking here.


      Is there anyway I can get my subscription cancelled, and if possible the money back from the unintended July payment?
