how I can have my money back !?

I can not contact a person to ask how I can have my money back ! The system makes me go round the site and do not allow me to find answer how to cancel my subscription and to get my money back.

I do not need this subscription and want my money back.

If I do not find answer and do not have my money back in 2-3 working days I will complain to European Consumers  Commission : Consumers - European Commission
