    purchased add on - now what?

      Just purchased a Lightbox Addon for DW.

      Now what ... directions are not clear on how to actually add it to DW.

      I'm not a newbie...I've added lots of add ons. Something seems to have changed.

      Help.

          Sorry to hear that you're having problems with an extension from Addons. As we have 4 Lightbox products for DW, please tell us the name of the particular extension that you have purchased and we will have a look at the steps required for installation and get back to you.

            I was able to work out the issue with the manufacturer…visited their site, and was able to download.

             

            All is now well.
