I am oppening a web design company specialized in flash baner production.
And i know that your product is the best in the market, and i am really
upset that it is not responding.

Please follow below suggestions,
Close flash professional.
Go to Run and type “%temp%” press Ok and delete all the files and folder.
Then start again while holding Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys. It will recreate the preferences of Flash.
Check for the latest update - Go to Help>Updates and chose relevant updates install.
Please install latest video adapter’s display driver.
Please check if you have any third party fonts.
Please don’t use any third party free font from any untrusted provider.
Give full administrator permission to all adobe folders.
