adobe TCS5

Hello I've installed TCS5 on my pc i also have 3 , 4 some of are clients have older versions. now I'm trying to use Robohelp and Link a doc with Framemaker but the selection is grayed out. I've done a clean install, delete the only registry's and talked with a adobe tech that said the same thing. im not sure why this is not working any help guys

Windows 7 pro 64bit

i also need to install this on a mac book pro , i had it installed and running last week now it refuses to link framemaker files
