Then something is wrong with you internet connection or you did not follow the download instructions and were denied access.

No the site was not available for a while. I did initially download Photoshop cc and install it, but had a problem because I wanted all of my old addons to work in Photoshop cc as they did before, but they did not presumably because I installed Photoshop CC after CC2014. Unfortunately I did not save the two files and got the problem the second time I tried to access the site. Anyway managed in the end.
What I did was to remove totally all the Adobe programs and start again in the correct order. When I had Photoshop cc running ok with Extension manager ok and all of my addons working, then I installed Photoshopcc 2014.
Everything is now perfect.
